TCU struggled with maintaining its highly distributed Web presence. Out of date and redundant information, poor control over design and navigation, lack of authority control, and bottlenecks created by many Webmasters were frequent issues. Starpoint successfully defined requirements and analyzed content and document management platforms, led a vendor selection process, and implemented and developed a Proof of Concept that was the basis for the full implementation across the University.
