Arthur Farkas
EVP/Operations Manager
With nearly 30 years of experience, Arthur serves as EVP/Operations Manager for Starpoint’s New Jersey office. Arthur manages the office’s team of recruiters, trains internal staff on best recruiting practices and oversees negotiations with consultants and clients.
During his 19 years at Starpoint, Arthur has grown and nurtured long-lasting, successful relationships with major clients such as Siemens, Okidata and Credit Suisse.
Prior to joining Starpoint, Arthur worked at Chase Manhattan Bank and the Bank of Tokyo/Mitsubishi.
Arthur received a B.S. from the City University of New York - Baruch College.
