Scott Magliochetti

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Scott handles all legal aspects of Starpoint's business and operations.

Prior to joining Starpoint in 2000, Scott headed the corporate department of a private law firm in Princeton, NJ, and practiced as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in New York City.

Scott received his L.L.M. from Cambridge University (GB) and his J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center. Scott also holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.
