Why our candidates are better? Jun 17
Our job is to look for great candidates. That’s all we do.
We are constantly searching, networking and meeting with talented individuals who are interested in finding that next career growth opportunity or who are just interested in networking with us for opportunities that may be a great fit for them down the road.
We interview all our candidates and take the time to meet them, get to know their career aspirations, portfolio of work, and their personalities. It is important that we build a relationship. We do a better job of matching our candidates with our clients when we know our candidates well.
We keep in contact with our candidates throughout the years, even if they have taken a full-time position and are no longer on the job market; you never know what may happen a year or two down the road. As a result of Sun Consultants keeping in contact with their candidates, we have a pool of candidates that has been developed and added to for over 10 years.

Rich members of our society may define the unemployed as being low class, criminals or vagrants. Middle class members of our society may describe unemployed people as lazy, freeloaders and good for nothings. The poor, as always, have their own unique definitions for the description of the word unemployment which may consist of but are not limited to the following;not able to get on MB2-631 exam welfare,ex-convicts and single mothers.Members of our society define the word unemployment in many different ways. Some useful definitions which aren’t in the dictionary or colloquial language are; an Ohioan,Mexican and former auto worker. These definitions should be added to the American versions of the 642-655 exam English dictionaries. Somehow, the Websters definition of the word,"unemployment" doesn’t quite encompass what unemployment is or how it may be defined in American culture.
